Beyond the Screen 23-30 November 2024 Pralia, Greece
The project addressed growing concerns about young people’s dependence on technology and its effects on mental health, including addiction, anxiety, depression, and sleep disruption. Triggered by findings like the 2024 Tech Report showing Gen Z’s high screen time, it aimed to promote healthier and more mindful digital habits.
Its main goal was to educate young people on the risks of excessive technology use and help them develop balanced digital habits.
The project successfully enhanced participants’ communication, critical thinking, and self-management skills while fostering intercultural dialogue and active citizenship, contributing to the broader objectives of the Erasmus+ Programme.
